So I moved a video I was editing from lightworks from my old PC to my new PC, and since I forgot to move the user effects with it I decided to just re-download the files. When I go to find the files for the user effects that I downloaded though, they don't show up. Hopefully it's just a goof up on my part but I tried adding and searching it everywhere, even making a new folder for it but it isn't popping up.

Other file didn't show up for some reason so I'm sending it again.

It seems that the file in the folder Effects Templates is the downloaded compressed archive. Just unzip the file to reveal the content, which are the effects.
