I am on a mac new to Lightworks. Recently I have been having my files saying media offline. I keep the original videos in a folder called OBS Recordings. I tried relink it to Obs Recordings when the media is offline but it's grey. I have also tried restarting but it just get rids of more files. Please Help!

Hello,

First, please make sure that you're running Lightworks V14.5 and not any earlier version. Bottom center of the start screen you'll find the version number.

Restart Lightworks, open your project, in 'Filters.Clips' select one of the clips which show Media Offline and press Fn+F4 to open the 'Metadata' panel. Scroll down until the field 'Media Location' is visible, make a screenshot and post it.
