Track 3 and 4 on my timeline do not have any audio whatsoever. Has this happened to anyone else and how can I fix it?

Does your source video have 4 audio tracks?

If you wish to put audio into tracks 3 & 4. deselect the other audio tracks using their track buttons on the left of the timeline.
