On the youtube after we search for the video,there is a picture along with the link.How do we set that picture?

I believe that feature requires a paid account. Used to, you could shuffle through until you found one you liked. Now, you have a selection of three to chose from. With the premium feature, you upload a still to be used.

I believe that's how it works, I don't have a premium account.

You don't need a premium account to upload a still, that option is available on the upload page or you can upload a picture after the fact on the same page that you would use to edit tags and other properties.
post production is not an afterthought!

Thanks Arniepix, I've never really tried to use the feature. Is the still image applied to the video to be used like a title page?

Okay, I found out how to do this. I think what he wants is a custom thumbnail. You need to have your account "verified" in order to do it. Not a paid or premium account as I thought it was.
