Say, I have already edited an intro that will be reused for all future videos.

How to I do something like 'Save as' and start from that?

Thx.

The first question is, do you really need different projects and if so, why?
It's better to travel well than to arrive...

I want one base project for intro scene then all other videos for the actual content and I want separate project for each new content.

Only thing that is shared would be the intro scene.

The word 'Project' in Lightworks describes a workspace, not a single timeline. Are you aware of that?

Yes I'm aware of sequences.

Ok. I assume that you are also aware that any sequence or parts of it can be used as source to populate the current sequence, same as any other object visible in project contents (read: clips, subclips, prints, syncs, sequences).

You can push or pull sequences to other projects. In both cases the project frame rate must match to stay away from trouble.

I'd suggest starting with the safest way, which is a Lightworks archive of the intro including all media. Once created, you can import (pull) an archive the same way as media.

Do you know how to create an archive including all media from a sequence?

Assuming that you have already separated the intro in a sequence with a meaningful name, right click on the sequence and select 'Export.Backup.Lightworks archive'. On the panel, enable all switches to 'Include..media' and export.

This image is hidden for guests. Please log in or register to see it.

Import the archive into other projects (with matching frame rate) as you would do it with a clip.
