I try to import some gameplay and this comes up? I just downloaded the software like a few minutes ago and have no idea how it works haha.

Welcome to the forum.

There's a good chance that your video is on an unsupported format or "target" frame rate. Please follow the directions in this sticky, so that users can see the technical details.

The error message shows a file with the extension '.flv'. This indicates Adobe Flash video, which is a not supported format.

Converting FLV to MP4 without re-encoding the media streams, so called remuxing, should fix the problem. I suspect this is an OBS recording. OBS Studio allows remuxing FLV to MP4. The function is accessible from 'File.Remux Recordings' of the main menu.
