I have a project 90% done - all the color effects and sound tracks etc are exactly the way I wanted it. Unfortunately while doing the 10% tweaking to prettify it I ended up screwing it with cuts and slices resulting me having to do all the work all over again.

Is there a way to save a project state and restore it to that state to undo heaps of mistakes? What about duplicating a project without duplicating media on-disk so I can continue on a copy of the project?

Thanks
G

You can make copies of your timeline at any point.
Work Comp: Retired!

You can make a copy of the sequence. close the current version and start working on the copy as the next version. Rename the copy so that all makes sense.

Lightworks is designed to allow you to have lots of versions of the sequences.
