Tried to go through the process a second time since 'confirm order' led me to a 404 error. When the dust cleared I had two Pro licenses, each expiring on the same day. I only need one; is there anything I can do here?

Hello,

Did you receive two order confimations via e-mail or do you see two licenses on the license page? If that latter, Lightworks issues their customers with two licenses, in case of emergency, or to migrate to another computer, or simply to use Lightworks on two computers.
It's better to travel well than to arrive...

A Pro license has two activations, however, if you've paid twice for your license I would directly contact the Lightworks staff, You can contact them using the form here: www.lwks.com/reportaproblem

Thanks for replying! I got two email invoice confirmations, with two sequential numbers. I emailed the contact@lwks email, not sure if that was the place to email.
