At the moment the only icons I see when posting are the smileys, and it isn't currently possible to attach files using the "Add File" dialog. I use Chrome for browsing, but I've also checked that this happens in IE, both on Windows 7.x and Windows 8.x.

Limited testing of formatting switches indicates that they still work when entered by hand. I can manually highlight text, attach urls, etc.

I have also verified this issue in IE 11 and Firefox 33.1 on Windows 8.1.1. Also, the "Quick Reply" button redirects to the full "Reply" page.

As a side note, if I change the document mode in IE to "10" from "Edge" I get the following script errors.

SCRIPT5009: 'kGenerateColorPalette' is undefined
File: index.php, Line: 1159, Column: 36
SCRIPT5009: 'kbbcode' is undefined
File: index.php, Line: 87, Column: 1

I just made a reply with links to websites. You just copy and paste the URL and the link works properly. I like that better than the drop down, fill in the blank, push the insert button method. You can't hide the link behind field text but I rarely do that anyway.

That issue (following an update yesterday) should now be fixed.
Please refresh browsers and let us know if you see any problems.

Yes, it definitely is! (Both fixed and a bit of variety).

You certainly can! What you do is the following:

[url=http://www.thesiteyouwant.com]click this link[/url]

What you will get when you do that is click this link. Except when I need to post images, most of my replies are done using the "Quick Reply" button and entering links and format information by hand. In this example because I didn't want the link to be active I enclosed it in a "code" bbCode field, and the second time because I didn't want the example to be an active link did this:

[color=#0044ff][u]click this link[/u][/color]

But we seem to have strayed a little off topic here.
