Greetings

I am registered with Pond5. I wanted to pay for a clip and after signing in, it won't let me pay for it. I mentioned this to Pond5 tech support.

Is Lightworks stopping you from doing it in some way? Presumably Pond5 are addressing this for you.

From v14 Fixed mode I inserted Pond5 clip into my project. Exported project and Pond5 comes up to sign in. I sign in and click pay and nothing happens. I've tried this a half dozen times. Pond5 is supposedly working on it with LW'S?

v14 Flexible Mode:

I tried to pay for Pond5 again today 4-29-17 and it won't let me - this is not good!! Lightworks offers this service along with Audio Network. I incorporated Pond5 clips into my edit and now I am screwed. Please fix this issue or eliminate it!!

Screen shot 1 shows when I try to export my project
Screen shot 2 shows what pops up and when I click on purchase, I get another pop up for my User Name and Password (I do have a confirmed account with Pond5). When I add this info and click OK, Screen shot 2 pops up. When I go to v14 Fixed Mode to look at my Pond5 tab "Purchases" and "Cart" there both blank.

As I mentioned Great White, when I click on purchase, I get a pop up to sign in with my User Name and Password I used to originally sign up with Pond5. When I click OK, the purchase box pops up again as in Screen Shot 2 and when I click on it again, nothing happens and the pop up does not go away. I've done the above multiple times.

I did contact Pond5 and got an email back that they would look into it a week ago. Since then, I've heard nothing from them or Lightworks.

Pond5 have uncovered a 'configuration mishap' on the Lightworks account which they have now rectified. Can you please retry?

Sorry for the delay, been working on a TV commercial.

I opened Lightworks v14 Fixed. Whet to the Pond5 "Library" tab, clicked on the clip I want to buy and clicked on the highlighted "Add to Cart" at the lower left. I went to the Pond5 "Cart" tab and clicked on it and nothing happens.

Very disappointing, I'm trying to finish part of a movie trailer and being held up.

In 14.0, the cart only shows items that have been explicitly added to it using the 'add to cart' button. You'll need to right-click your sequence then choose Media>Purchase, as before.

In the next update (eg. 14.1) I've changed it so that the cart is more dynamic - it shows all the items that have been imported into the current project but not yet purchased, which I think is what you were expecting.

OK it works when I R click on the clip, choose purchase and you sign in, then it takes you to payment method. And yes, adding clips to the cart is much better!

I paid for a POND5 clip and it shows it was paid for. How do I replace the clip in my edit that shows the clip with POND5 words over it? I would think once you pay for a clip, the preview one in the edit (sequence) would switch automatically to the paid version. See attached.
