Hi everyone!
I must beg your pardon because there is a little error in the "Magnifying the source viewer marks" tip, due to a misunderstanding on my part . Although the tip itself is correct, the fisrt part of the text is where the mistake resides.
At the first post of this thread there is the full document uploaded again with the correction, and here is the single page updated:

Thanks to Max Besser, who is translating the document to german, for make me aware of this "bug".

A few weeks ago I had begun to make this basic pdf file with some hints and tips on using Lightworks. I could not continue working because I'm a little short of time, but if you think it's worth I try to do more. Maybe there is some inaccuracy in my work, and for this reason I ask more experienced users to let me know so that I can correct the files.
It may be useful to those in first contact with LW.

Hi,

Just found this thread, all good stuff. I just made a posting to Miscellaneous section, see www.lightworksbeta.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=20&id=8416&Itemid=269.

Basically I think we should build a documentation community and possibly use a Wiki (amongst other things). I am hoping someone from EditShare is interested in this, I would rather do this with them than independently. Also I don't fancy hosting/administrating the wiki on my own.

I personally hate wikis, having a real document is my preference. That said I will not stand in the way of a wiki.

It is the Wiki mark-up most people have a problem with. There are now WQISYWIG wiki systems.

The key here is we need something that is open and can be massively collaborative. Google Docs may be a way to go but not sure what happen when lots of people try to change things at once.

I took the plunge and set-up a wiki for us to share tips/tricks and help the documentation develop.. This is probably temporary until EditShare manage to do something. Its open/anyone can join/change. I will leave it this way unless it gets out of control and do some Wiki Gardening and see how it goes.
