TOPIC: Exporting to After effects

Exporting to After effects 6 years, 2 months ago #37738

Hi there,

Hope everyone had a great xmas and New Year.

Quick question...

I have trawled the internet looking for a definitive answer for this, but how would one go about exporting an XML or other such file to import into After effects so that your clips are all in the right place. One thing I love about Premiere is that you can just copy and paste your timeline into it.

Obviously, that can't be done with other software, but unless I've missed something, there is no definate way at the minute with LW.

Is this the case? Or have I just overlooked something.

Thanks in advance,

Paul

Cheers for the reply!

I had read that the EDL's weren't being read correctly by AE but its worth a shot I guess.

Thanks again.
