Sorry for the delay, had to get a sample that wouldn't take four hours to upload.

Here you go.

A key is requested, "Here you go" seems to be the wrong one.

This should work.

Thanks.

The second stereo track pair doesn't contain audio, intended?

The issue might be a fresh (closed and reopened) bug in ffmpeg dealing with some kind of mp4 footage. (it could be related to Quicksync recording)
trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/6375

Please try to record a similar piece with sound on all three stereo tracks (with same recording settings) to MKV container and post it.

I think I'm just being 'special' right now but what would an MKV container be?

Yep, just me being special. Alright, I'll be back in a sec with a new sample, I have some obligations to follow through on.

So er, those obligations escalated and now I'm occupied. I'll be able to pick this up tomorrow afternoon, sorry about this.

Paramber,

I made some test and things turned out to be a bit complicated. After all, my conclusion is, you shouldn't use your recent recording settings.

I'd suggest using one of those options with OBS Studio

1. Advanced Recording settings with x264 encoder, variable frame rate switched off

2. Advanced Recording with NVENC H264 encoding with Intel GPU disabled

In both cases you will have to convert the footage with the command lines I provided earlier to make multi track audio properly importable into Ligtworks.

I cannot guarantee that this will fix the problem, but I'm pretty sure.

Why do I suggest this?

My tests show that your file forces the mentioned bug in recent ffmpeg release (see link above) reproducibly. I found in ffmeg archives the older version 3.2 which, when used with the command lines above, doesn't show any error message while converting your video. Unfortunately the result contains lots of duped frames (177 at the very beginning and parts of the original recording are missing). I'm pretty sure (although I can't prove it) that this is caused by faulty Quicksync recording. I don't believe that a simple change of recording container (as suggested earlier) will fix the problem.

Changed my settings, your strings are working with absolutely no error. I'll be staying away from QuickSync, as it clearly isn't working with my device.

As for the footage I already have, well, I'll just swallow the loss and learn not to change settings in the middle of a project. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ At least it's still usable.

Thank you so much for the assistance, you take care. I'd get you a drink if I could. You, my friend, are amazing.
