Here the Scale was 2.41 at start

Here decrease a little after few seconds. Why this happens and is there a way this doesn't happen?

No doubt you'll get used to it - but please post images or active links - bit of an ask having to copy paste your text into a browser.

You have keyframe animation enabled - the little clock symbol in the master scale slider is lit.

- if you deselect/turn-off the clock it will remain on one value -
- or make sure the start and end keyframe values are identical.

Althoug I can't see exactly what you did in the DVD it's most likely that this issue is caused by a keyframe set unintentionally. To find out you can change from slider view to graph view, there you can zoom in, find the additional keyframe, click on it and delete it.

Please note: When keyframes are enabled and when the playhead is not exactly at an existing keyframe and you change the paramter, a keyframe is added automatically.

EDIT - hope the above is understandable.

FWIW

I made a 120 seconds video about how to apply simple zoom adjustments for another user of this forum some time ago. It shows also how a to make a freeze frame but the DVE zoom can off course be applied without freeze frame.

Google drive, watch at full screen:

EDIT - What's not visible: The two empty cuts were made by pressing key C.
