I assumed you meant on the lifeworks platform..so no on Media player I can't.. yes I unchecked that and around 50% percent it suddenly stops and says this;

" Export : YouTube (Max 720p)
format : YouTube (H.264 High) , HD 720p
The system cannot find the file specified"

Ok, now after all we know that you have a problem also when you try to export locally. The issue you mentioned first with username and password seems to be a second one.

it say that.. incorrect username and password even though.. I input the right credentials

I guess the next path you should follow has been mentioned by jwrl earlier:

It may be that one of your media files is corrupt. Go through them and see if you can play them all as a first step. Otherwise we may need to move on to the "divide and conquer" process to identify the problem - more on that later.

Check your souce files used in your edit with a media player. It's very likely that one of those got damaged somehow.

"It may be that one of your media files is corrupt. Go through them and see if you can play them all as a first step."

Do you mean.. on the light works platform? or the Media Player? if on the light works platform yes I can play but on the Media Player no

"Otherwise we may need to move on to the "divide and conquer" process to identify the problem - more on that later."

I'm unfamiliar with the terminology, forgive my ignorance here so I might need to move to do this... because nothing else is works

"Check your source files used in your edit with a media player. It's very likely that one of those got damaged somehow."

How do I do this?

I would start to open the files you use in your edit with a media player (Lightworks isn't a media player) for example Windows Media Player, or VLC, or Media Player Classic. Sort the files out that are not playing properly in the media player. Maybe you can fix those files by transcoding (converting) to another video format later on.

Do you ask how to close a running program in Windows?

EDIT:

If that's the case, here we go

I'm not a native speaker and this might cause some trouble communicating here. Please allow one question:

Is "media file" an english word? If it is, what does it mean in your language?

No that is not the problem .. I cannot export the lightworks edited file I made on THEIR plateform unto my computer.. AT ALL.. everytime I try to export it ... it give me a message like this

" Export : YouTube (Max 720p)
format : YouTube (H.264 High) , HD 720p
The system cannot find the file specified"

and stops everything.. I have no clue why

It's very likely that one of your source files is damaged.

Try find it as described above and I'm sure that you will be able to export your file to your local hard drive. From there it's easy to upload it to youtube.

That's new information. Are you saying that you did the edit on another Lightworks system then bought it to your Lightworks to export it? If that's the case, how did you do it? Did you use the archive process, and if so, did you ensure that both "Include local media" and "Include linked media" were checked?

If you have any doubt you might like to try the export again, and for safety, ensure that "If archive exists" is set to "Create new". Then try importing that new archive into your project and try the export process again.

Glad that you joined the discussion, jwrl. I have a real problem to understand the issues described by MaximumYKB88. This needs a native speaker, I guess.
