I am trying to slow down a segment of my video but I can't find an option. I've read through forums saying I need to right-click then select speed or click advanced to change. But I don't have any of those options. Help please. (I use Fixed)

Welcome to the forum.

Before you click the right mouse button, please make sure that the segment is not outlined in yellow, because segments outlined in yellow activate a special function "Selected segments" which unfortunately does not support speed changes.

When I click speed nothing happens or opens up. Is this a bug or is there something else I have to do?

It's possibly a hardware issue with your computer. When you right click on the sequence timeline does a menu open?

Are you using a mac?

Instructions on changing speed can found on P100 of the V2020.1 User Guide located in Downloads > Documentation.
