Hi, I desperately need to make a project with mixed frame rates, but the program just changes all the material to 24 fps. So, some things are suddenly faster and some slower, and the biggest problem is, that the audio comes from a seperate file and is in a different tempo than the video now. Does anyone know a solution? Thanks in advance!!

Welcome to the forum.

Lightworks uses 24 fps for mixed frame rates. What media are you using?

With some media you need to to convert to a standard frame rate before importing into Lightworks. Please read this sticky and follow the directions so that users can see the technical details of your various media files: www.lwks.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=23&id=66072&Itemid=81

Do I understand correctly, you have captured video in different frame rates which has to be aligned to one single audio recording?
It's better to travel well than to arrive...
