I've been recently having problems with my videos.

The video itself is in stable and smooth 60 fps, but when i import it into lightworks, the video's frame rate drops to 20. Is there any way i can fix this issue?

Hello,

How do you measure that the frame rate drops from 60 to 20 fps and where, in preview or exported files?

I suspect that you have't measured it or counted frames, but the motion appears to be choppy?

Could it be that you use a project created as 'Mixed rates' or 24 fps?

Mixed rates allows mixing not compatible frame rates, that's convenient but has the downside that all material is conformed internally to 24 fps and pulled down for export/preview. This can lead to choppy motion when using 60 fps material and exporting in 60 fps.

The better choice is using 60 fps projects for 60 fps material. This way, all frames of the original recording are preserved, you won't be able to import not compatible frame rates, though (e.g. 24, 25, 48, 50 fps).
