Hi there so I have purchased the light works activation and I have that going and I have been using it for awhile now. I have also been using it prior with the trial license for about a year. Basically saying this is say that this is not the first time I used lightworks. I am running pro 2020.1 122068.
Windows 10, i7-4770K, 16GB ram, 1050ti. Source Videos on SSD, exporting to internal HD. I actually tried to export to the same SSD and the other internal HD with the same issues. So the problem is whenever I go to export the video it gets about 90% done and then stops exporting. Sometimes I can click the cancel on the export and sometimes if I do the whole program crashes. I have removed, I do believe all the spaces from the end in the beginning. I have tried to export using ignore leading trailing in black and whole sequence. I have tried 1080P 29.97 FPS. I have tried 30 FPS I'm exporting all these at 1080P BTW. I tried the compression at 6 and compression at 8 for the H.264. I have tried exporting as mov files. I have tried exporting as MP4 and Avi. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with the allow you to help me. I have included here a latest snapshot of the log whenever I was trying to do an MP 4 again. 2020-09-15 13:09:17.739: EditManager::setCurrentProject( P80P08GD ) 2020-09-15 13:09:17.837: ProjectFilterManager : built 9 filters in 1ms 2020-09-15 13:09:17.839: MediaFileToClipMap : found 2 clips in 1ms 2020-09-15 13:09:17.839: ----- Entered project 'kimjess' (4 logs, Rate : 30 fps, Output : 1080p (sf)) ----- 2020-09-15 13:09:17.884: ffmpeg audio reset 2020-09-15 13:09:17.885: Open "C:\source\kim jess\2020-09-13 19-55-15-converted.mp4" with EsWrapper FileReader for eAudioEssence 2020-09-15 13:09:17.910: ffmpeg audio reset 2020-09-15 13:09:17.912: reopen "C:\source\kim jess\2020-09-13 19-55-15-converted.mp4" with MainConcept FileReader for eVideoEssence 2020-09-15 13:09:18.072: err: Stream cannot be decoded 2020-09-15 13:09:18.116: reopen "C:\source\kim jess\2020-09-13 19-55-15-converted.mp4" with FFmpeg for eVideoEssence 2020-09-15 13:09:18.147: Decoder hevc does not support devicw 2020-09-15 13:09:18.163: HEVC: updating frame count to 100929 from 100928 using indexing 2020-09-15 13:09:18.166: Decoder hevc does not support device type (null). 2020-09-15 13:09:18.188: Open "C:\source\kim jess\2020-09-13 19-55-15-converted.mp4" with FFmpeg for eVideoEssence 2020-09-15 13:09:21.454: ffmpeg audio reset 2020-09-15 13:09:21.456: reopen "C:\source\kim jess\2020-09-13 22-38-16-converted.mp4" with MainConcept FileReader for eVideoEssence 2020-09-15 13:09:21.616: err: Stream cannot be decoded 2020-09-15 13:09:21.660: reopen "C:\source\kim jess\2020-09-13 22-38-16-converted.mp4" with FFmpeg for eVideoEssence 2020-09-15 13:09:21.690: Decoder hevc does not support device type (null). 2020-09-15 13:09:21.711: HEVC: updating frame count to 84330 from 84329 using indexing 2020-09-15 13:09:21.713: Decoder hevc does not support device type (null). 2020-09-15 13:09:21.740: Open "C:\source\kim jess\2020-09-13 22-38-16-converted.mp4" with FFmpeg for eVideoEssence 2020-09-15 13:17:22.686: Invalid video conversion (group : 4, hint : 6, uid : 84, supports interlacing : 0) 2020-09-15 13:17:22.686: (repeated 6 times) 2020-09-15 13:17:22.686: Invalid video conversion (group : 4, hint : 6, uid : 72, supports interlacing : 0) 2020-09-15 13:17:22.686: (repeated 6 times) 2020-09-15 13:17:22.686: Invalid video conversion (group : 4, hint : 6, uid : 73, supports interlacing : 0) 2020-09-15 13:32:38.539: (repeated 7 times) 2020-09-15 13:32:38.539: Error sending a packet for decoding 2020-09-15 14:02:42.366: VHeadId_mount: Timeout waiting for cache task to block |

I just made another project with the same video with no VFX. I was using the PIP with the other video.
It's only about 7 minutes long. I chopped it up and closed the end gap. Then exported it as MP4 29.7.. it went fine.. *sigh* I guess I just redo it? I would like to know why it doesn't like it.. though.. |

Hello,
I suspect that's a problem related to the media format you're using. Could you zip and post your entire Logs folder, and a Mediainfo report for each clip in that project. Here you'll find information on how to create and post mediainfo reports. www.lwks.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=23&id=66072&Itemid=81#66072 |
It's better to travel well than to arrive...
