TOPIC: Help Transcoding my Fixed Variable MP4s

I am hoping for some advice on the best way to convert some videos I have created so I can use these in Lightworks.

When converting, be aware if you're using proxy files or the the full resolution intermediate files.

30 fps would seem to be suitable frame rate.

The most common error with EFC that results in a loss of quality is failing to ensure the edit friendly tab is selected. Usually it is the delivery tab.

As a matter of interest - what device/camera has been used to capture/record this video?

Would you mind making a piece of this footage downloadable at a file sharing service of your choice?

Some good info here. I'm approaching my second hour of figuring out EyeFrame with no luck. Some of these tips may come in handy!

-- Just additional information: ProRes encoding, shown in the video above, might throw with recent version of Eyeframe Converter an error message after transcoding has finished. In most cases this message can be ignored, but you should check the log for real errors.

Recently, user Khaver has corrected this behavior, if you wish trying that, here you can download the corrected version of Eyeframe Converter: www.lwks.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=23&id=30817&limit=15&limitstart=1530&Itemid=81#168307

.. And be prepared for huge file size.

You guys are the best. I was able to convert Mpeg4 into a file format Lightworks can handle.

Thank you.
