Hello there, I'm a hobbyist and today I just download on windows.
But every time I open the application, it just keeps showing fail to respond.
Can somebody help me on that or give me some suggestions?

Is there a warning message? Otherwise, that's the home page for Lightworks, which is what you should see each time you open Lightworks.

Thank you for your replying! There's nothing happened after I see the home page, I can't click anything, the system just shows the application is no response.

I would try uninstalling Lightworks and then downloading it again from this site and reinstall the program.

If that doesn't work, please make a zip file of the error log, which is found at C: Users > Public > Public Documents > Lightworks > Logs and attach it to your next message.
