It's still crashing when it tries to load the AJA plugin. It runs fine if I disconnect my AJA I/O box, so I'm suspecting that it's an out of date AJA SDK integration or something. I had similar problems with Scratch until Assimilate got the SDK updated to match an AJA firmware update.

Are you using the V2020.1 beta? If so, please give your operating system, so this can be moved into the appropriate beta forum, where the developers can easily spot it.

Hi Tamerlin,

Would you be able to test the latest 2020.1 Beta version, revision 119866 available here: www.lwks.com/downloads (you will need to be signed in)

It's starting without crashing with the AJA I/O 4K+ connected, which is a big improvement

I set LightWorks to use the AJA device for output, but it's not showing me anything on my external display that's connected to my AJA module. Is there something else that I need to configure to make that work?
Last Edit: 4 months ago by Tamerlin. Reason: fix a typo

Thank you for the feedback.

Have you tried switching the output format to a different resolution, HD/SD?

Please can you compress and send us your 'Backup' error log folder? This can be found here: /Users/USER ACCOUNT/Lightworks/Logs
