Hi,
hope you can help me.
I use Lightworks with Ubuntu 18.04.
It worked fine for around 2 weeks but now it stopped.

Error message:
System Clock Irregularity

System clock is 100% correct.

Also tried already to delete "P0001000" but nothing helped

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Not so common this error, nowadays.

With Lightworks shut down, rename, temporarily, the Lightworks user folder from ~/Lightworks to ~/Lightworks_ORG. Restart Lightworks, a new folder will be created with defaults, project browser will show no projects.

Does that fix the issue?

Hi, thx for your help.
Sadly not

I have to enter my user + password (for activation), click OK and then I get this message.
Username + PW ist correct, cause if i enter a wrong password/user the error message changes.

After renaming the folder "Lightworks" to "Lightworks_ORG" located in your home directory?

Lightworks checks file dates against system date, basically. Since the details of the logic behind this check, in particular which files are in focus, isn't know to the public and may have changed without any notice at any time, I don't know what's going on. What I can say, with high probability is that the problem isn't triggered by Lightworks, but by your system.

What you can try is uninstalling (!) and re-installing Lightworks. Keep the renamed folder in a safe place and make a copy, it contains your projects! If reinstalling helps, delete the newly created folder on ~/Lightworks and move the original folder back in place.

If that doesn't help, I'd suggest contacting Editshare directly: Report a problem
