Hello,

Unfortunately you don't provide enough information to understand the nature of your problem.

Please post your computer details (OS version, CPU, RAM, GPU, HDD) and a Mediainfo report of the footage. Here you'll find further information on how to create and post a Mediainfo report.

Please describe the sync issue. Is it present only in preview or also in exported file? Is it fixable by restarting Lightworks? Is audio drifting or shifted by a certain amount (how many frames)? Is sound too late or too early compared with picture?

Do you use separately recorded and imported audio?

Ok, but how does it go out of sync, one frame to the left or twenty frames to the right, or is sound drifting maybe, and what happens when you export, and in particular when restarting Lightworks?

What means "off" in "the audio and the video is off"?

Ah, good to know.

Hope that OP can offer some kind of more detailed description of the sync issue, otherwise I don't see much of a chance to understand the nature of the problem and we'll stay interested spectators with a good will..
