I have an error when I was reinstalling Lightworks.

I have seen this kind of problem lots of times, but they had one thing:

a) They don't work, at least on my system, they don't
b) The thread is very old

My hypothesis as to why this happened is because of the fact that I had once tampered with
the C:\Users\Public Folder, I tried to see if I can make it so that every File from/made by
Lightworks can be put into the Program Files folder or the Program Data folder

The most recent incident of this kind has been reported here, as far as I can remember:

It's very likely that some non-standard configuration on OS level on your system causes it. I believe this is only fixable with hands on your system, because only you know the changes.

Apparently, the folder is locked by the system, and all I had to do was to go to the folder that the error as said. I do not recall tampering with the permissions in that folder, but I cannot trust my memory that much.
