Dear All,
I've starting editing some 2,7k gopro files. What I have noticed is that the video flow editing is not fluid anymore. This is my hardware:

i7-3770 3,5ghz
32gb ddr3 ram
nvidia geforce gtx 760 with 2gb ram
ssd 850 evo samsung 500gb
fresh installed windows 10 64bit

is it a too old setup for that kind of videos(2.7k o 4k) or can I do some tweak and configuration adjustment to fix it?

very good, thanks for your help. It works good, only doubt: where the proxy files are saved? They are just temporary files or when the project is over I need to delete them manually? Thanks

If you delete the project, the associated proxy files are usually deleted automatically. If you don't want to delete the project, but still want to free up space, use the same menu where you created the proxies:
