I installed lightworks and I am unsure which video card I am running I have a quartro 2000 and a intel p350 on my setting screen it is saying the intel video card. I have tried the driver updates and I get to this stem

Type: chmod +x NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-LATEST.run (This makes the file executable)
and this is what I get on the next line

chmod: cannot access 'NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-LATEST.run': No such file or directory

Anyone know how to get the rivers to work?

Hello,

The file " ~/Lightworks/Logs/error.log " shows in the header which graphics driver has been detected, not the version, but the manufacturer.

I gather form another post that you run Fedora and a 4K monitor. I can't find the related specs, but I would think that the onboard graphics of the Pentium 350 from 2011 doesn't support 4K which would mean that your NVidia graphic is active.

Ahhh thank you. I am going to take a few short videos of the dogs running around and try to make a video.

Pleasure!

I suspect you're capturing your dogs in some compressed HD format?

If so, since the Pentium P310 isn't a machine well equipped for editing compressed HD footage fluently, I'd suggest making yourself familiar with the internal proxy workflow of Lightworks:

This should give you comfortable performance.
