Hi, I just installed the program and registered, but it keeps delivering the Internal Error message when I try to log in. I searched for solutions and found on the FAQ that it said to delete the license.xml or any other license files within the public folder, but there are no license files present. I even searched my computer for those files and they do not exist. I'm running Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) and did the 64 bit installation. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome!

Unfortunately, potential causes of the message "internal error" are not well known on the forum. Trial and error will be needed.

Please download most recent V14.5 beta from Downloads on top of this page. Then, restart your computer, install V14.5 and run it. Watch out for error messages when installing.

Does the problem persist?
