Seemed to be fixed, but the error is back. I have 'allowed' access to controlled folders for lightworks. This is the only app where I have issues like this, so it does seem to come under the bug category in my opinion. Any additional suggestions to fix would be appreciated.

I haven't yet found any way to get the app 'approved' so you that's it doesn't have to have an exception yet, I also find that some of the Microsoft development tools we use have the same issue.
The executables not being signed should be fixed in the next version (thanks for pointing that out btw. - it shouldn't have slipped through our build process, there are more checks now).
