Would Qscan be of interest to many of the Lightworks users?
HP Elitebook 840, 2xDell U2312HM, UbuntuStudio 20.04 LTS, Lightworks Keyboard, Shuttle Pro 2 which works sometimes

It would be to those users who have to deliver media that's required to meet a specified standard. It's not cheap software, so QScan ONE is the likely one for the smaller post production house.

Since QScan has to do with deliverables QC, I suspect it can be useful to LW users which output their deliverables directly from LW.
No idea how many users do that (not taking into consideration YouTube and other similar content) as i suspect most of the projects edited on LW would go through a finishing/grading system before final output.

Trying to find on the internet via Google search anything substantial about Quales, the company behind the product Qscan (pre-Edithare), seems to me very hard.

The company seems to have appeared more or less out of nowhere in 2015. Although announced as acqusition by Editshare there seems to be no pre-Editshare history, at least I haven't found any.

Does anybody know links with some substance?

In the world of software companies and broadcast TV start up all the time, so not having any history as a company before 2015 isn't that unusual. In this case it appears February 2015 is the time that the founders started the company to meets the requirement for QC.

Founding a company is a simple thing, we can found a few next week. Finding people who have the necessary knowledge and experience for a niche of that kind is much more difficult. If I had the task to do it with an unlimited budget, but as fast as possible , I wouldn't even know where to start searching for specialists. You cannot create and distribute this kind of highly specialized software out of nowhere, without any reference.

That's why I was thinking there must be some related history of the acting persons or business units, pre-Editshare. There surely is, the question is where?
