Shakira has lost her panties from too much shaking, captured with a RED Monstro in 8K in slow motion, the operator on drugs, maybe?

It could be any product, Lightworks beta announcements tend to be lower profile.

I gather it will be at Cinegear in LA, so it's more likely to be camera gear than post production.

You'd usually see a Lightworks beta announced on this site before other sources.

Someone had guessed it in the comments, it's a full frame, 6k camera.

For my taste, too much noise for a few pixels more and , others seems to be faster or have no NDA.

Since you haven't tested the camera, I'm not sure your comments are valid about noise, especially with a full frame camera. One tester of a pre production camera was positive about its low light shooting capabilities for documentary work.

A 6k sensor is pretty common these days for those shooting 4k cinema productions.

Reviews are available from various sources, so any users who are interested can check on line to compare it with other cameras.

I think hugly was commenting on the hype (noise) of the post about the upcoming big news, not sensor performance. And I agree with him.

I agree with you and hugly both, khaver. It's interesting, but do we need the "I've got a secret" type of nonsense? It's childish.

The camera may be good, but if they need that marketing approach to sell it, what's wrong with it?

(Yes, I know that I'm old and cynical.)

Yes, given that new cameras come out all the time at shows and they have a NDA for those people testing them prerelease, it was an unnecessary item in Redshark. A simple announcement at release time would've been fine.

Rumours were already out, so this type of article risks leaving readers underwhelmed.

But who knows, the breathtaking news haven't been disclosed yet on on Redshark and it's not Shakira having lost her panties, but Donald Trump his trousers, still captured on Monstro 8K in slow motion and not the operator was on drugs, but the publisher?

Ah, I missed the link to the Panasonic SH1 on redshark. Donnald Trump captured while losing his trousers would have been more spectacular.

I had read the release announcement on Redshark and watched a video review of the camera before my first message.

It's hard to be breathtaking these days.

True.

<rant>But that doesn't stop some companies named after primary colors from trying to make every minor accessory product announcement a total disruption of the industry.</rant>

Also, post production is not an afterthought!
