Hi,

I've been working on a music video for about 3 weeks. There are about 6 layers of video adn the audio track.
All footage was filmed in HD and exporting until this week produced a good quality result.
For some reason I've noticed 2 strange things when exporting.

1) The clip used for the first verse is always slightly behind in the export. This is despite it looking find in Lightworks. Weirdly the rest of the clips align fine. Cannot understand why. Am I best re-adding the clip and editing back in?

2) The biggest issue is that in the last few days the exports are suddenly very pixelated. I've tweaked all the export settings and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I need to have the project completed by Sun so am wondering if I have to cut my loses and start again!?! Although how will I know this won't happen again....

So far I've added 1 new SFX from the the LWKS website. Could this be the cause?
I've since installed LWKS over the top of the current install. None of these seem to be the issue.

Hello,

Would you mind sharing your computer details (OS version, Lightworks version, CPU, RAM, GPU) and two Mediainfo reports, one of a typical source clips you're using and one of an exported file which shows pixelation?

Thanks.

The cause of the pixelation is most likely that you have selected the lowest available bitrate with h.264/MP4 export:

Bit rate : 1 000 kb/s

Here you'll find a table with bitrate settings:

Mediainfo of your original footage is missing, same as information about your operating system and Lightworks version?
