It keeps popping up and is breaking what Im trying to edit together of an animation-
Im running vers 14.0.0.0 64-bit

and its only started doing it today- which is annoying cause I need this animation done today-

Please could you explain further, since Lightworks doesn't do sub frame editing.

Updating to V2020.1 may solve your issue (whatever it is), you can run both versions if you're concerned. This is dine by installing it into a separate folder in your program directory.

FWIW

The procedure to force the "Warning: sub-frame edit", described by schrauber here, still works with V2020.1. Also, clip cue markers on sub-frame positions still cause a malfunction of the 'Right' command (reported by schrauber in beta forums).

However, I think this one is caused by something different, which might or might not be fixed with 2020.1.
It's better to travel well than to arrive...

Animation is a pretty board church, so a part of the workflow may be triggering a warning.
