I have imported files originally shot on Filmic Pro at 25fps. Project is playing back in slow motion.

Hello,

Filmic Pro allows recording in slow motion, although they don't recommend using it. They call it 'high speed framerate capture'. To play material at normal speed in Lightworks, you can use the 'Speed' feature from 'Segment commands' of the timeline menu, e.g. if the playback frame rate is 25 fps and the capture frame rate 50 fps, Speed of video only has to be set to 50% and the audio trimmed accordingly.

If you don't know what value the capture frame rate has been set to, post a Mediainfo report. It might show it, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for that. I used normal filmic pro capture. Problem was solved by quitting mac and rebooting. Odd.

Ah, OSX. You might see that again.

On OSX some audio devices, e.g. headphones, switch output sampling rate when plugged in. Lightworks (at least V14.5) assumes the sampling rate of the system audio output to be set to constant 48 kHz.
