Plugins show up in VFX section, but when I try to drop them into clips, the following window appears:

"Unable to find [BorisFX10/Graffiti.6].dll.

"Please resinstall [BorisFX10/BorisGraffit6].6 from the original CD."

Please advise.

Thank you.

Hello,

What operating system do you run?

I haven't seen this problem yet.

Just to exclude trouble with your first installations. Please restart your computer to unlock possibly locked files, disable all virus scanners on your system temporarily, including Windows Defender. Then, re-install Boris FX and Graffity and activate both (if you haven't done that already), re-install Lightworks V14.5 and see what happens.

Hi,

Tried the reinstall, still having troubles. Let me throw in that everything is installed on my f: drive, not C:. The Boris plugins are showing up in VFX, but I'm getting those error messages when I try to drop them into clips on the timeline.

Thanks!

Custom locations for the installation might be one possible cause, but I can't say, never tried it.
