LWKS QA and Support Engineer

About the role

Working from home, LWKS seeks a QA and Support Engineer to run the development pre/post-release QA process, as well as the beta release programme.

The role requires an organised and anticipative approach to ensure quality product releases and the efficient interaction between development, customers & product management.

Desirable experience and skills would include

  • Working knowledge of test documentation
  • Use of a “ticket” system for organizing and reporting software defects
  • A technical background, preferably with Engineering and/or Programming skills
  • Familiarity with NLEs and Video
  • A drive to take the initiative in identifying problems and finding solutions, learning new skills & improving efficiency
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • User knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac OS
  • Experience in a similar role

About you

You’ll have a passion and enthusiasm for video, you should dream about delivering a quality product and making customers happy. You should know the ins and outs of NLEs and Video standards. You should probably be ok with Slack, too!
