kaninepete OFFLINE Fresh Boarder Posts: 4	It's my first time using Lightworks. I just want to arrange a few clips, and maybe trim them a little. The problem is, the sound seems to going at double speed. Did I make a mistake importing? My files are in .mov, which I understand is native. Any advice?

Hi kaninepete

Welcome to the forum. I would check the 'framerate' or 'fps' that your files are recorded at along with the audio sampling frequency used. You can do this with some free software called 'MEDIAINFO' or 'Gspot'. These are video analysers that will give you this information. You would then set your LW project to match those specifications. Check the supported framerates in the Documents section of this website as your files may require transcoding. Click on the Downloads tab above and D/L the user manual.
