Hello
i extremely new to this program and its a major step up from what im use to so ill try to explain this as best as i can.

the videos i imported were *.mov 1080p (from a 600D) 23.98 fps.
i got them working properly in the editor using the Mpeg I HD encorder (it scrubs with no problems)

i get 2 or 3 clips together in the edit and go out to export to an AVI file.
i have edit 1 selected to render and have these settings

after i hit start it would just sit there
at first i thought "ok it just takes a while"
but came back 3 hours later it was still like this.
i click on the screen and the program crashes.

what am i doing wrong here?

Hi thejobe,

If the files you imported are 23.98 then you should select 23.98 on export as well. Please change the "Speed" setting to "straight" and make sure that the audio mixer panel (click the cogs icon on the edit) is set to output audio to the L/R mix.
