How can I change the frame rate for a new project? The clip that I'm trying to import is at 30fps and I see only 25fps available.

When you launch Lightworks, you are presented with the Projects Browser. There is a frame rate drop down menu (25 fps is at the top of the list). Select 30 fps and fill in the name of the Project then click on the Create button at the bottom left.

Once inside the project, you are presented with the Project card where you can select more settings. On the video tab, select the format of your project from the drop down menu.

The Project card can be accessed at any time at the top left of the Lightworks screen.
