I propose that the program name Lightworks to be Lightworks NLE(or any other version) to avoid confusion(as specified here)

Well it isn't the most unique name out there. Of course it's a bit late to be changing it. How about Lightworks Lite / Lightworks Pro? Yes, I'll wait until the laughter dies down before exiting stage left.

Lightworks Pro certainly defines that the system has purchased the professional codec pack so it will probably come into favor to describe a system. I would suggest that the other version be called Lightworks or Lightworks Free, that said the Free portion could be a misnomer since you can buy the DNxHD separately from the other codecs (one time purchase). For many people they will only need the DNxHD codecs and whatever they can make work with the free version of the editor.
