Went to order a keyboard (30% off, hurrah!) and was quite pleased. That is until I got to the shipping 'options'. The option was UPS or UPS. OK, granted one can choose standard or next day.

Shipping cost -- for what I assume is a keyboard weighing roughly the same as any other keyboard -- was over 10 quid! Outrageous!

Royal Mail (First Class) will deliver for less than half what UPS will deliver for.

Would it be possible to add Royal Mail as a shipping option? Please?

Is it possible to pre-pay and collect a keyboard from Basingstoke?
